The REALIZATION OF THE PROJECTis developed by the use of tools that are considered time after time suitable for the achievement of the objectives, tools that have always been tested in the field and of proven efficiency, such as GPS Global Process System, TPM Total Productive Maintenance.
The GPS, which was the our last born in the managerial field, can be properly implemented in all the companies in all the areas with excellent results such as:

- recovery of the productive efficiency (O.L.E and O.E.E) also > of 30%
